History: Due to his rise in office within the military, he was rewarded with a military-grade rapier, designed for pin-point accuracy and clean cutting power. It was made with a new-age, powerful metal alloy of some kind, that R&D were able to devise for him. He could afford it since the Mugendai family was one of the wealthiest in the region at that time.
