She nodded. She squirted some soap into the girl's hair and lathered it in, trying to avoid getting suds into the girl's eyes. She scrubbed into the girl's scalp. She stood close to the girl. She was feeling good. It would be a good day. She felt warm inside. The water was still a little warm. Everything was good. She was happy with herself.

Vashy kept her eyes closed as the woman scrubbed her hair, using her hands to wipe away stray suds that threatoned to drop down on her eyes, she waited patiently untill she was allowed to wash the suds out. First the shampoo and then the conditioner. It was good and bad, she loved the attention the woman gave to her scalp but she hated having to leave the safety of the bath.

The girl's hair was all done now. She smiled at her work and took a step away. She sat down in the water and dunked her head under the water. She washed all the soap out. She come out of the bath and took a deep breath. She was smiling. She felt good. She looked over at the girl. She was ready to leave the bath. She didn't know about the girl. The water looked all dirty and uncomfortable. She didn't want to stay here...

Everything was done now, she rinsed the last of the suds away, she looked at the water for afew moments befor looking at the woman, "I guess we have to get out now" She did say they could spend time befor the water got cold and then wash.. it was hard to tell when the water would get that cold though. "Thanks for the bath mam Togi", she wrapped her arms around the woman tightly. befor she moved to get out of the tub, they needed towels!. You'd think by now they would prepare for these things, she grabbed two towels and waited for the woman, holding hers out for her.

The girl hugged her and thanked her for the bath. She smiled and hugged back. "Of course, honey, anything for you." The girl left and brought some towels. She wrapped the towel around her body. "Thank you, honey." She started to drain the bath. She wiped herself down. She felt much better. She had a wide smile on her lips. She went to the mirror and turned on the hairdryer. She was going to look beautiful today.

Vashy smiled at the woman, picking up her own towel and wrapping it around her body, she watched the woman set up befor leaving the bathroom. She had to find something to wear today. She picked out a blue kitty shirt and dark green skirt, her pink panties and bra, she still didn't like those that much. She would get used to it.. or at least thats what she keeps telling herself. It didn;'t take long for Vashy to dry herself off, her hair dripping alittle. She was dressed and ready.

Her hair was finally straight and dry. She was happy. It looked good. She was happy. She stepped out into her room. The girl was dressed already. She smiled. She went to her dresser and picked out some clothes. Underwear, along with pants and a black sweater. Pretty normal clothes for her. Nothing special. She pulled everything on. She was feeling good. She went to the girl and gave a kiss to the girl's cheek. She was ready for the day. "Do you want anything to eat before he comes over?"

The woman got dressed pretty quickly aswell , Vashy giggled abit as she pat her stomach absendmindedly. "Can we have eggs for breakfast?", she wasn't sure what was in the fridge, she would definately prefer eating befor he came.. but he could come and join them aswell.. it would mean she didn't have to talk to him straight away. "If you want he can come and have breakfast too",

She nodded. She would make eggs. She wasn't really hungry. And there wasn't a whole lot of food left in the fridge. She would just cook for the girl. She went to the kitchen and cooked up some eggs and toast for the girl. She placed the pan in the sink and handed the plate of food over to the girl. "Here you go, honey." She sat at her desk and took out her new pager. She got it just for the boy. He didn't have a phone. Kinda strange, but she was fine with it. She sent a message to him, inviting him to come over if he liked. There was no school right now, so he should have no problems getting here, if he wanted to come. She really hoped he came over.

The woman sat down and took out something small... she didn't know what it was, probably one of those things people played with. Kinda like a phone. Vashy pulled up a chair at the desk and ate her eggs on toast happily. Something about a hot egg on her tongue made her happy. Maybe because it was a warm breakfast. It was rare. When she finished with it all she put the plate in the sink and went to wash her hands and face, it was always alittle messy.

Hunter had been working on his technique in the gym where he first met Rayne when he felt the device on his belt begin to beep. He had only ever given his number to Togi so he could safely assume that it was just her messaging him. It was a surprise since she found pagers a bit low tech. He typed up a response to let her know that he was on his way and stepped into the showers. The last thing he wanted to do was show up at her place covered in grime from a workout. Once he was finished with that, the young man popped a cigarette into his mouth and took a drag as he walked over to where Togi's office was. He killed the light outside and flicked it to the grounds, crushing it right under his boot. Hunter took a deep breath to clear his lungs and rapped on the door with his knuckles, "Hey-o! You there?"

She heard a knock at the door and him calling in for her. She got up and opened the door, letting him in. She smiled. "Hi." Alright... she could do this. She shut the door and walked back to her desk. "So, I invited you over here so you could meet her. She's in the bathroom right now washing up." She hoped she wasn't pushing it too much. She just kept her eyes on him. "Now, she's kinda shy, but I think you two will get along."

Vashy heard the door. The boy was here now. Great. She took a deep breath to try and clear her thoughts. It would all be ok. As long as Togi was here. She came out of the bathroom. Fetching her toy from the bed befor she came out. It was almost as tall as her, a giant stuffed lion with a rainbow mohawk for a mane. She didn't look at him straight away when she walked into the room. Taking her seat again. Hugging the toy to partially hide herself as she peeked at the boy.

Hunter's hair had grown quite a bit since he arrived at Dark's and it was now at shoulder length. He probably needed a haircut since he never knew how to take care of long hair, but it was useful in covering his left eye. The young man brushed the strands of black hair aside and tucked it behind his ear, revealing the white eyepatch covering the socket where his eye used to be. When Togi's daughter walked into the room carrying what looked like a giant lion, Hunter seemed a bit... Surprised to say the least. She was only three years away from him, but the only other person here besides him and Togi was her. She couldn't have been the 'little girl' she was talking about, right? It didn't make any damned sense. Could it be some kind of joke or little prank at his expense? No, she wouldn't do something like that. Regardless, he was just confused, "Uh..." He couldn't find any words to say, so he just stood there with a dumb look on his face, "What's up...?" He shifted his gaze between the two girls as if he was looking for some kind of help for what was going on, "Err- I'm Hunter. How about you?"

The girl came out. He seemed confused. She guessed she should explain. She stepped to the girl and placed a hand on her shoulder. "This is Vashy, my daughter. As I told you before, I adopted her. And... we're pretty close in age." She hoped the boy understood. Everything would be alright. She sat next to the girl and wrapped her arms around the girl's shoulders. The girl was really shy. She hoped the girl would warm up a bit. She looked up into Hunter's eye. She still felt really bad she couldn't recover the other one. "I still love her as if she was my own child, though." She didn't really need to add that part in, but it would probably relax the girl, and that was good.

The boy wasn't like most others, he seemed confused, maybe even shy. She wasn't sure how to place it, she smiled at him to try and make things easier, the womans arm was around her, she was more confident like this, leaning back from her toy so her face wasn't concieled. The woman introduced her. "Hi" she said plainly, She couldn't help but stare at the patch, she wasn't sure what happened to the boy to make that appear. "Are you hurt?." This couldn't of been the friend the woman had been talking about.

As expected, the girl went straight for asking about what happened to his eye. It seemed that his request for her name was either missed or just ignored. It didn't matter too much though. He'd find out sooner or later, "Oh this thing?" he pointed at the eyepatch, "I got into a bit of trouble a while back and now I don't have this eye anymore. Togi tried her best to help, but it was too far gone. But no, it doesn't hurt anymore." Hunter flipped his hair back over his eye patch after explaining and folded his arms, "She's da-... Really good at her job. But sometimes there are thing that you just can't save, y'know?"

She smiled. The two were having a pretty. Good conversation. She rubbed the girl's shoulders. She was proud. She didn't want to break into the conversation. It was going so well. She just smiled. She wanted to see where it went. She still sat close to the girl. She stared up at the boy. His hair was a little longer now than when she met him. She couldn't wipe the smile off her face. She was just so happy.

Vashy nodded, "yea, mama Togi is really good at her job!", she giggled abit, she still held a soft flush to her cheeks. The boy must of gotten into a fight.. she didn't know if he would of caused it or not. But he seemed nicer then most boys, even if she just met him. "your really nice for a boy", she smiled at him. Readjusting her toy again. She porbabl wouldn't of been this brave if the woman was with her.

Hunter nodded in agreement at what the girl said, but she still hadn't given a name for him to call her by. But he thought that just asking for it would be a bit rude. It was good to know that she thought he was nice, however when she added 'for a boy' to the compliment he felt something click in his chest. Did she have any real reason to dislike people of the opposite sex? He always found it strange and, quite frankly, annoying when someone took the transgressions of a few people and pushed them on the large group as a whole, "Uh... Thanks?" He paused and scratched the tip of his nose with an index finger, "I think."

She chewed on her lip a little. The boy didn't seem exactly please with that compliment. She wanted to explain, but with the girl sitting right here, it would be way too hard. She wondered if she could somehow get the girl to leave for a little. Probably wouldn't need the bathroom... That was really all she could think of. She twiddled her fingers and looked between the two, a bit of an awkward smile on her lips. She couldn't really say much, could she? She expected the girl to be much quieter. She decided to just stroke the girl's hair. It made her happy.

Well now what, the boy wasn't that happy about what she said, she hoped she didn't offend him. Afterall she had promised the woman she would behave around the boy. Togi was stroking her hair, it made her feel at peace at the very least. She hugged the toy close again as she rested her head closer to the womans hand. She just waited for the boy to say something.. she was having trouble remembering his name now.. the woman introduced her to him.. and he introduced himself to her...she might have to ask..

The silence after he spoke began to grow unbearable as the two people in front of him just stared in his direction as if he was supposed to strike up a conversation out of the blue. Hunter was never good at operating under the spotlight, and sometimes he could crack under pressure. If anything, the best way for him to clear his mind was a cigarette. But he didn't want to excuse himself just so he could have a smoke, "So, uh... Do anything fun or interesting recently?" It was a stock response, but much better than standing there with an idiotic look on his face. The last thing he needed was to make himself look like even more of a moron. He just didn't know what to do in a situation like this. It was foreign to him.

The conversation was starting to slow down. "We just had another friend come over. Not much else." She hoped maybe the girl could add to it. Things had gone pretty well so far. She would probably act pretty different if she was with just one of either of them, but she was confused with how act around both. She just needed to avoid talking too much. She stopped petting the girl's hair and started stroking her own.

Vashy nodded, She had done alot of things she would classify as fun or interesting. "I learnt how to play some games with Alex yesterday.. and befor that Mama took me on a picnic the day befor. We had lots of fun talking and I got to try some new foods and drinks.", she giggled abit. The experience was great for her. She loved learning even if sometimes it was hard. "What about you?, did you do something fun?".
